Children and Youth Class Descriptions:Hi 5 FitnessA 45 minute class for ages 3 - 6 years, involoving activities that focus on being active while having fun. Tennis shoes and socks required. Sign up in Kidzone. Maximum 12 children. Youth Challenge: A 45 minute class for ages 7 - 11 disigned to incorporate strength training and cardio through games and activities. Tennis shoes and socks required. Sign up at the Front Desk. Maximum 14 children. Speed and Agility
Sports specific ground based training incorporating the latest in speed, plyometrics, agility, and explosive power development. This class is aimed to teach proper training techniques for safety and efficiency. Age groups are 9 – 11 years and 12 – 18 years old.
